Ingredients:
8 squares (8 oz.) Baker's semi-sweet chocolate
1/2 cup (1 stick/4 oz/113g) butter
4 eggs
1/2 cup granulated sugar
A couple spoonfuls of prepared coffee
2 tbsp. all-purpose flour
Icing (confectioners') sugar, to garnish
Instructions:
1. Melt chocolate with butter in microwave on medium for 3 minutes. Stir until well blended. Set aside.
2. Beat eggs, sugar, and prepared coffee until thickened. Add flour and melted chocolate mixture. Beat until just blended. Pour into 6 greased and lightly floured custard cups (or ramekins). Place on baking sheet.
3. Bake at 400 degrees F (200 C) for 11-15 minutes or until cakes are puffed and crusted, but still soft in the center.
4. Cool for 7 minutes. Sift icing sugar to garnish. Serve warm.
