Ingredients:
1 cup sugar
1 cup flour
1 cup milk
1 stick butter, melted
1 can peaches or cherries or other fruit, drained
Instructions:
In a bowl, combine sugar, flour and milk. Pour mixture over butter, stir and press into 9-inch pie pan. Add peaches. Bake on bottom rack of oven at 450 degrees F (230 C) until brown (about 30 minutes). Serve with vanilla ice cream.
Makes 1 (9-inch) pie.
