Hawaiian Aloha Bread

Servings: Makes 1 loaf
Ingredients:
1 cup Plus 2 tbsp. milk
1 tbsp. unsalted butter or margarine
3/4 tsp. salt
3 cups bread flour
1/3 cup candied pineapple, chopped
1/3 cup macadamia nuts, toasted
1/3 cup raisins (optional)
1/3 cup finely shredded coconut, toasted
1 tbsp. granulated sugar
2 tsp. bread machine yeast

Instructions:
Add ingredients according to manufacturers directions, adding
candied pineapple, nuts, raisins, and coconut with flour.

Note: Use Basic/white bread cycle. Light color setting.

Makes 1 loaf.
