Blueberry Fruit Smoothie
Servings: 2
Ingredients:
1 cup low-fat vanilla ice cream
1 cup fresh or frozen blueberries (do not thaw)
1/2 cup light peaches, packed in water or natural juices, chopped
1/2 cup unsweetened pineapple juice
1/4 cup low-fat vanilla yogurt
Instructions:
Place all ingredients in a blender. Cover and mix until smooth, about 30 to 45
seconds.
Makes: 2 servings; about 2-1/2 cups.
