Ingredients:
2 cups powdered sugar
1/4 cup sour cream
2 tablespoons butter, softened
2 teaspoons vanilla extract
Instructions:
Combine all frosting ingredients in small mixer bowl. Beat at medium speed, scraping bowl often, until smooth (1 to 2 minutes).
Makes enough frosting to frost a 9 x 13-inch cake, or enough to frost an 8 or 9-inch layer cake.
