Servings: Makes 42 Cookies
Comments:
These florentine cookies can also be made with dark bittersweet chocolate, or milk chocolate chips or baking squares, substituting the semi-sweet chocolate in the recipe. Even white chocolate would be nice. A delicious European type cookie.

2/3 cup all-purpose flour
1/4 cup light or dark corn syrup
1/4 cup milk
