Red Lobster Style Biscuits

Servings: Makes 8-10 biscuits
Ingredients:
2 cups Bisquick
2/3 cup milk
1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
1/4 cup butter or margarine, melted
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder (or more as desired)


Instructions:
Preheat oven to 450 degrees F.

Combine Bisquick, milk and shredded cheddar cheese to form a soft dough.

Beat vigorously 30 seconds, then drop dough by heaping tablespoonsfuls onto an ungreased cookie sheet.

Bake 8 to 10 minutes until golden brown.

While biscuits are baking, combine melted butter or margarine with garlic powder. Before removing biscuits from cookie sheets, brush them with the garlic butter. Serve warm.

Makes: 8 to 10 biscuits.
