Comments:
This is just a liquid version of another recipe I submitted here (the "Caramel Frappuccino" also in the Beverages section). It's simple and delicious.

Ingredients:
3/4 cup espresso or double strength coffee, chilled
1 cup evaporated milk and/or regular milk (I do 50/50)
Sugar or artificial sweetener to taste (I use about 1 1/2 packets of an artificial sweetener)
Ice cubes (optional)

Garnish (optional)
Whipped cream

Instructions:
Combine chilled espresso, milk(s), and sugar/sweetener (to taste) in a blender or with a spoon and either blend ice cubes into the drink or just put a couple of ice cubes in each individual glass without blending.

And that's it! Pour into two or three small glasses and serve immediately. If desired, you may top each serving with whipped cream.

Makes 2-3 servings.

NOTE:
This is a fun drink to experiment with. Try adding ingredients such as vanilla extract, caramel, chocolate powder/syrup, mint extract, or others for different varieties.
