Frozen Yogurt Pie

A Cool and tasty treat for the summer. Great for picnics and get togethers.

Ingredients:
2 (8 oz. packages/16 oz. total) strawberry yogurt* (blueberry or raspberry yogurt may be substituted for the strawberry yogurt)
1 (8 oz.) container Cool Whip*
1 basket ripe strawberries
1 ready-made graham cracker pie crust*

*Note: Fat-free yogurt, Low-fat CoolWhip, and Low-fat ready-made graham cracker pie crust may be substituted for full-fat ingredients.

Instructions:
Mix yogurt and cool whip together until well blended. Slice 5-7 medium size strawberries into bite size pieces and add them to the mixture.

Pour mixture into graham cracker pie crust and place strawberry halfs in a circle around the top of the pie.

Let freeze for 1-2 hours, then Enjoy!!

Makes 8 servings.

What a cool, yummy treat...especially for the summer! Can't wait to play around with different flavors of yogurts & different fresh fruits!

This dessert is very nice. It compliments light meals and tastes delicious. The fact that there are "Real" strawberries in this dessert makes it superb, unlike store made frozen desserts where you would only get a strawberry flavour chemical replacement. I give this dessert 10/10.
