Chocolate Pecan Banana Tarts

Servings: Makes 24 mini tarts
 
Ingredients:
24 frozen mini tart shells
1 egg
2/3 cup packed brown sugar
2 ripe bananas, mashed
3 oz. semi-sweet chocolate, chopped
3/4 cup chopped pecans

Instructions:
1. Bake tart shells as directed on package.
2. Beat egg with brown sugar. Stir in mashed bananas, chocolate and pecans. Spoon filling into baked shells.
3. Bake at 375°F (190 C) for 10-15 minutes. Cool slightly before removing from cups.

Makes 24 mini tarts.

Excellent dessert. I did mini tartlets and used phyllo dough instead of a pastry crust, but they were still delicious. Thanks!
